Performance anxiety is something that many of us are likely to have experienced at some time or another, whether it be whilst taking a driving test, sitting an exam, performing a best man’s speech or making a public presentation of any other kind.
Often we can become our own worst enemy, by creating internal obstacles which trip us up, inhibit us and prevent us from relaxing and doing our very best.
